ABB signs service agreement with Energypac Power Generation

ABB signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Energypac Power Generation, one of Bangladesh’s leading power engineering companies, to create long-term value for its local customers by providing them with servicing solutions of ABB’s motors and generators. The partnership agreement was signed on December 20, 2017, by Country Managing Director of ABB in Bangladesh, Harikishan Narayanan, and Chief Services Officer of Energypac Power Generation, Lt. Col. (retd.) K M Abu Raihan.

With a large and growing installed base of machines in Bangladesh, ABB recognizes the need to offer a wide range of service capabilities to its industrial customers. Partnership with Energypac will enable routine service checks and planned maintenance for ABB alternators and motors, that will further improve their availability and efficiency.

Customers in Bangladesh will benefit from access to ABB’s local service support for machines, irrespective of which country they source the machines from. The agreement will further enhance service speed and agility allowing experts to reach customer sites faster and service their machines quicker.
