Dear Sir or Madam;
As informed in our previous letter, for ABB’s goal of providing superior customer service, the spare part business will be centralized to GTSC Finland. This means that all operations previously handled by GTSC Sweden, such as sales, order handling, warehouse processes and purchasing will be handled by GTSC Finland from May 2017 forward.
Please note that this transfer is related only to the LV motor spare part business but should not affect LV spare parts already handled by Finland.
High voltage (HV) spare part business will not be affected and will remain as it is.
The actual transfer of responsibilities is going to be carried out in the beginning of May, 2017.
Please note the most following dates concerning the transfer:
- RFQs can be made to GTSC Sweden until 8 am (Finnish time) on Monday 8.5. After this, the data transfer will begin and the RFQs should all be sent to GTSC Finland (supplier code FIMAC001 in BOL).
- BOL downtime is scheduled from 8 am (Finnish time) on Monday 8.5. until the morning of Thursday 11.5. Orders cannot be made during this time!
- Scheduled downtime for deliveries is from the noon (Finnish time) of Monday the 8.5. until the end of that week. Deliveries from GTSC Finland’s warehouse will begin on Monday 15.5.

Please consider the delivery downtime while making orders!
We highly recommend that all urgent spare part orders and stock refills would be made before the transfer, preferably by the end of April.
