As a part of our continuous improvement effort to serve you better we are increasing our customer service level by introducing cross-deputing between the Customer Service teams in Helsinki and Estonia.
This cross- deputing will be applied only when one of our teams is out of office but the warehouse logistics in Finland is operating normally. The Estonian team does not act as Finnish team`s deputy during public holidays in Finland because the warehouse is closed then, too.
We will pilot this new process for the first time on 24th of February when the Warranty team in Estonia remains closed due to Independence Day.
Kindly take into account the assigned Customer Service Specialists will handle the other team’s orders to the best of their abilities and not all (warranty orders in this case) will be handled. Some technical limitations exist but every case handled is more than we were earlier able to help you with.
